Moises Briseño

Moises Briseño is the son of second-generation migrant farm workers. He was the first in his family to graduate from college and attend law school. He received his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Texas. His background working in the fields of South Texas and Michigan has given him a humility and common-sense approach to law practice that has earned him respect not only with his clients but also his fellow attorneys. It has also provided him with a dedication and desire to work tirelessly for his clients, giving them a voice through aggressive advocacy. Mr. Briseño is especially involved in the Hispanic community and has become an advocate for the rights of Hispanics in our legal system. Mr. Briseno maintains his own practice at Home - Briseño Law Office and serves as of counsel to Steckler Wayne, assisting with their personal injury practice and Hispanic clients.

Moises Briseño started his time in college at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he received an undergraduate degree in Business Management. During his time working towards this degree, he was an intern with the Chicago Cubs Baseball organization as a Marketing intern. Gaining experience in the corporate world, Mr. Briseño eventually moved on to study business and completed his MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) from the University of Wisconsin. Finally, all of his hard work and education led him back to study at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Here, Mr. Briseño received his Juris Doctorate degree. The J.D. is one of the highest-level education available for the legal profession. After receiving his J.D., Mr. Briseño passed the Illinois and Texas bar exam both on the first try, which is then when he was licensed and began his career in law with his client’s best interest at heart.
