Greg Love has successfully protected the rights of his clients before judges and juries in both state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the US, since 1999. For over two decades, Mr. Love’s practice has focused on patent litigation, commercial litigation and personal injury. Mr. Love is a member of the invitation only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), former President of East Texas ABOTA and National Representative of East Texas ABOTA.
Greg Love has acted as both lead and local counsel in patent cases in the Eastern District of Texas in both plaintiff and defense cases. Mr. Love has acted as lead counsel in patent cases in other district courts including New York, California, Washington, Michigan, and Florida. In addition to district court litigation, Mr. Love has acted as lead counsel in hearings before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Love has represented inventors, non-practicing entities, patent practicing plaintiffs, as well as defendants accused of infringement. With this breadth of experience, and knowledge of local rules, practices, local Courts and jury pools, Mr. Love has acted as local counsel in patent cases in the Eastern District of Texas, and in joining the firm has expanded his practice to include representation in the Western District of Texas.
