On Monday, May 2nd, a proposed class of Ford hybrid car buyers pressed a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to allow breach of warranty and fraud actions to continue against Ford. The suit alleges that Ford misled consumers about the fuel efficiency of the 2013 C-Max and Fusion Hybrid cars.
